Vertical gun

The V-gun is the most suitable gun for welding deep box products that are closed on all sides. The tip of the gun has a crank shape that makes it easy to aim at the edge of the workpiece. It can also apply pressure directly to the surface, making it ideal for welding nuts, screws, and bosses.


Horizontal gun

The H-gun is a long horizontal gun suitable for welding complex workpiece shapes and deep areas. It is possible to weld as desired while moving the gun freely on the table electrode.

With high-speed spot welding technology, you can control large currents in units of 1/1000 of a second to complete spot welding jobs in an extremely short time while controlling spatter.

Compared to conventional current control, this technology enables welding in 1/15 to 1/20 of the switch-on time and the current can also be precisely controlled. By completing the spot welding work in a very short time, burn marks, heat distortion and separation of the sheets (lifting of the sheets) are greatly reduced while maintaining the same strength.

The instant performance of high-speed spot welding technology with its high current and extremely short duty cycle is a perfect match for projection welding.

Applying this technology to materials such as weld nuts, coated steel sheets and mesh materials enables welding with even better aesthetics.

Reduction of sheet separation

Heat is always generated during spot welding. The heat generated during the welding process deforms the material and creates gaps between the sheets, a phenomenon known as sheet separation.

High-speed spot welding technology completes the welding process in less time than conventional current control, reducing the area affected by heat and sheet separation.
The result is a product with greater precision and less distortion.

The high-speed spot welding technology enables a shorter switch-on time and a reduction in energy consumption to around 1/7 compared to conventional models (compared to our conventional products).

“This is an extremely versatile method of spot welding where a 5mm-thick solid copper plate forms a ‘tabletop’ on which the fabricated product is placed. Copper is used because of its high level of conductivity. The other conductor is a movable arm which can be easily maneuvered into tight spaces and corners. The biggest advantage of the table spot welder is it allows spot welding of very large items such as cabinets, racking and shelves.

Table spot welding saves our operators from manhandling bulky items - the copper tabletop acts as a work bench whilst welding. This process requires far less man-hours than traditional welding and is very effective in high volume production applications.”
